I assist high-performing women to manage stress and reduce anxiety, empowering them to become confident and effective leaders with clarity and ease.
You’re a high-achieving woman who others see as capable and put-together, but on the inside you feel like anxiety is running the show. You overthink decisions, replay conversations, and hold yourself to impossible standards, so even your wins never feel “good enough.” You push through and perform, but it’s costing you sleep, peace, and confidence in your leadership, and you’re starting to worry that if something doesn’t change, you’ll burn out or miss out on the career you’ve worked so hard for.
How it may show up:
• Constant mental overdrive: Overthinking decisions, replaying conversations and emails, and mentally rehearsing every possible outcome before taking a step.
• Perfectionism with a side of "never enough": Triple‑checking work, staying late, or over-preparing for routine meetings to avoid criticism or failure; You hit goals but immediately move the bar, fixating on small mistakes instead of big wins.
• Imposter-y leadership: Hesitating to speak up, advocate for yourself, and avoid visibility opportunities (presentations, promotions, bigger roles) afraid people will finally see you are not as capable as they think.
• Chronic stress and burnout: Trouble concentrating, difficulty relaxing, and tension that makes work feel heavier than it "should". Struggling to turn your brain off at night, feeling wired and exhausted at the same time.
If this sounds like you, you’re in the right place.
I practice TEAM CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)
to treat professional anxiety—stress, worry, and self‑doubt that center around work, performance, and leadership. Many of my clients appear put‑together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, tense, or “not good enough” on the inside.
Together, we’ll work on:
• Calming your nervous system so you can think clearly instead of spiraling into worst‑case scenarios
• Reframing perfectionism and other values so they support your wellbeing
• Managing people‑pleasing so you can set boundaries without feeling guilty
• Building genuine self‑confidence, not just pushing through on willpower and overwork
• Making decisions with more clarity and less second‑guessing
• Creating a sustainable way to lead, work, and live—without burning out
My goal is to help you feel more steady, present, and confident, so you can lead and live from a place of ease instead of anxiety.
In our sessions, you can expect a warm, collaborative space where you don’t have to be “on.” You don’t have to have the perfect words or a clear plan—that’s what we’ll figure out together. I’ll help you understand what’s driving your anxiety, give you practical tools you can use between sessions, and support you as you try new ways of responding at work and in your life.
We’ll move at a pace that feels manageable, focusing on real‑world changes: how you show up in meetings, how you talk to yourself after a mistake, how you set limits with work, and how you care for yourself when the pressure is high.
If you’re tired of looking like you have it all together while feeling anxious and stretched thin on the inside, therapy can help. You don’t have to keep doing this alone or wait until things “get bad enough.”
