My Approach

HD Counseling Services offers personalized therapy for professionals navigating anxiety, stress, burnout and self-doubt.  My approach is grounded in TEAM-CBT and informed by neuroscience, helping clients identify what is maintaining their distress and work toward meaningful, lasting change. Sessions are designed to be thoughtful, efficient, and deeply collaborative.

Who i help

Many of my clients are externally successful, but feel driven by anxiety and self-doubt that limits their leadership potential and drains them of confidence and joy.  They often:

  • Overthink decisions, replay conversations, and hold themselves to impossible standards.
  • Doubt their competence, downplay achievements, and feel like they have to over-deliver just to belong.
  • Have chronic worry and difficultly switching off mentally-leading to sleep issues, irritability, or physical symptoms.
  • Want to lead with confidence without the constant weight of stress or self-doubt.

Cognitive behavioral therapy is considered the "gold standard" treatment for stress and anxiety. Clients who are willing to stay on track and do minimal self-help assignments usually see great improvement within a course of 8-12 sessions.
