I’ve known I wanted to be a therapist since I was a child.
Growing up, I was deeply aware of the pain in the people around me- people I loved- and I found myself wanting to understand why they felt the way they did, and what it would take to change it. That early curiosity never left me. It grew into a lasting commitment to understanding how people work, and how real, meaningful change actually happens.
Today, I specialize in working with high-achieving women navigating anxiety- and I am genuinely drawn to this work. The women I work with are extraordinary. When they identify a problem, they bring the same determination to addressing it that has driven every success in their professional lives. That motivation makes this work both meaningful and deeply effective.
What makes it especially hopeful is this: anxiety is highly treatable.
