What Our Work Looks Like

Session 1 (Intake): We begin with deep empathy and connection, exploring what brings you to therapy and the specific challenges you’re facing. This creates a warm foundation as I hear your full story and identify what help you want most.


Session 2+ (Treatment Planning): Together we craft a clear game plan tailored to your goals, mapping specific anxiety triggers, maintaining factors, and desired outcomes. This collaborative step ensures we’re aligned on your priorities.


Ongoing Sessions: We test targeted TEAM-CBT strategies while maintaining a warm, relational space to process your experiences. Progress is tracked collaboratively with regular check-ins on what’s working and what needs adjustment.


Format: 50 or 90-minute sessions (your choice), fully online, scheduled around your demanding life.
